Skyler Vincent Matthews
Forever remembered, forever loved. On Monday, May 24th 2021, Skyler Vincent Matthews, a loving son, brother, father and friend, passed away unexpectedly at age 31. Survived by his partner Erin, mother Alice, father Joe, son Owen, brothers Brandon and Peter, sisters Stacey, Kendra and Emily. He will be greatly missed by his loving family of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Skyler was a carpenter by trade and never afraid of a hard day’s work. He was loving, fearless and charismatic. Those who met him were immediately captivated by his spirit and those who knew him understood the trials and successes he endured. Life is precious and unpredictable. We are all grieving the loss of Skyler, a fascinating young man who lost his battle with addiction and was taken from us much too soon.
